Halibut With Creamy Dijon Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 pounds  fresh or frozen halibut or sea bass steaks, about 1 inch thick
  • 1 tablespoon  margarine or butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon  onion salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon  marjoram, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon  dried thyme, crushed
  • 1/2 cup  dairy sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon  all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon  Dijon-style mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon  salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon  pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon  dried thyme, crushed
  • 1/2 cup  chicken broth or vegetable broth
  • 4 cups  shredded fresh spinach (5 ounces)
  • 1   medium carrot, shredded (1/2 cup)
  •   Lemon wedges (optional)

Description

Serve These Broiled Fish Steaks On A Bed Of Shredded Carrot And Spinach. The Mustard And Sour Cream Sauce Provides A Zippy Finish.
