  • 1 cup  frozen edamame (green soy beans) or lima beans
  • 1   avocado, halved, seeded, peeled, and sliced
  • 3 oz.  blue cheese, broken into chunks
  • 1/4 cup  bottled creamy garlic, cucumber ranch, or Italian vinaigrette salad dressing
