- 2 cups egg whites (approximately 14 to 16 large egg whites), at room temperature**
- 3/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1 recipe Chocolate-Coconut Glaze (Recipe follows.)
- 1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut, toasted
