Raspberry-almond Crumb Tart

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup  sliced almonds, (skins on)
  • 6 tablespoons  granulated sugar
  • 1 1/3 cups plus 2 tablespoons  all-purpose flour, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon  salt
  • 6 tablespoons  cold unsalted butter, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
  • 1   large egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon  vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon  almond extract
  • 4 1/2 cups  fresh or frozen (not thawed) raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon  confectioners' sugar

Description
