  • 1 clove  garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon  olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon  snipped fresh oregano or 1 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
  • 1/8 teaspoon  pepper
  • 2/3 cup  finely shredded Parmesan cheese
