  • 1/2 cup  diced Canadian-style bacon, cooked ham, cooked breakfast sausage or cooked chicken
  • 4   eggs
  • 1/4 cup  milk
  • 1/4 tsp.  salt
  • 1/8 tsp.  ground black pepper
  • 1 4-1/2-oz. can  diced green chile peppers, drained
  • 3/4 cup  shredded Monterey Jack cheese or cheddar cheese (3 oz.)
  •   Red and/or green salsa
