  • 1 11-oz. can  mandarin orange sections (juice pack), drained
  • 3/4 cup  snipped dried apricots (optional)
  • 1/4 cup  honey
  • 1 tablespoon  lemon juice
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons  grated fresh ginger or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
