Strawberry Congealed Salad


  • 1   (6-ounce) package strawberry-flavored gelatin
  • 1 cup  boiling water
  • 1   (16-ounce) package frozen strawberries
  • 1   (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • 1   banana, mashed
  • 4 ounces  cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup  powdered sugar
  • 1 cup  frozen whipped topping, thawed


Dissolve Strawberry-flavored Gelatin In Boiling Water. Reserve 1/4 Cup Gelatin; Set Aside. Add Strawberries, Pineapple, And Banana To Remaining Gelatin. Pour Into A 13-x-9-inch Baking Dish. Refrigerate For 1 Hour, Or Until Gelatin Begins To Set. Favicon
