Ingredients

  • 4 cups  apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon  red cinnamon candies
  • 4   firm, not fully ripe Bartlett pears
  • 1/2 cup  whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons  sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon  clear vanilla or regular vanilla
  • 1 10-ounce packages  frozen red raspberries in syrup, thawed
  •   White chocolate leaves* (optional)
  •   Fresh red raspberries (optional)

Description
