  • 2 teaspoons  honey
  • 1 teaspoon  finely chopped crystallized ginger
  • 1 teaspoon  lemon juice
  • 1- 1/2 cups  assorted fruit (such as cubed melon, sliced star fruit [carambola], halved grapes, raspberries, pitted sweet cherries, cubed peaches, cubed pears, cubed mango, sliced kiwifruit, and/or chopped pineapple)
  • 2 tablespoons  low-fat vanilla yogurt (optional)
