  • 1 cup  orange juice
  • 1/4 cup  lime juice
  • 1 8-ounce carton  vanilla low-fat or fat-free yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons  frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  •   Ground nutmeg or ground cinnamon (optional)
