Ingredients

  •   Kosher salt
  • 4 cloves  garlic
  • 1 sprig  thyme
  • 1 cup  milk
  • 1 cup  heavy whipping cream
  • 1 stick  unsalted butter, cut into pieces
  •   Freshly ground black pepper
  •   Extra-virgin olive oil

Description
