Summer Tropical Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 8-ounce can  pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 medium  ripe mango, seeded, peeled, and chopped
  • 1/2 of a  sweet red pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/4 of a medium  red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons  snipped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon  freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 medium  jalapeno pepper, finely chopped (do not remove the seeds*)
