  • 1 tablespoon  snipped fresh dill or 2 teaspoons snipped fresh tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon  instant chicken bouillon granules
  • 1/4 teaspoon  crushed red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons  cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons  cold water
  • 1/4 cup  grated Parmesan cheese
  •   Cracked black pepper
