• 3 envelopes  unflavored gelatin
• 1 cup  cold water
• 1 cup  whipping cream
• 1-1/2 teaspoon  vanilla
• 1-2/3 cups  refrigerated or frozen egg product, thawed
• 1-1/3 cups  sugar
• 1/2 cup  frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
• 4 teaspoons  finely shredded lime peel
• 1/2 cup  lime juice
• 2 tablespoons  tequila or orange juice
• Several drops  green food coloring (optional)
•   Glazed Shredded Lime Peel (see recipe below) (optional)

Description

If You Wish To Omit The Tequila In This Chilled Citrus Pie, Replace It With An Equal Amount Of Orange Juice.
