  • 2/3 to 1 cup  sugar
  • 1 12-ounce package  fresh or frozen cranberries (3 cups)
  • 1-1/2 cups  seedless red grapes
  • 1 teaspoon  grated fresh ginger or 1 teaspoon snipped fresh mint
  • 1/8 teaspoon  ground cloves
