Ingredients
- 1/2 bunch fresh Italian flat-leaf parsley
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme, leaves only
- 5 garlic cloves, peeled and gently smashed
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter, melted
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cups panko (Japanese bread crumbs)
- 2 live lobsters (about 4 pounds total)
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 lemons, cut into large wedges, to serve
- Drawn butter, to serve
- 1 recipe Crispy Potato Chips (see recipe, below)
Description
Preheat Oven To 400 Degrees F. In A Food Processor Combine Parsley, Thyme, Garlic, And Melted Butter And Season With Salt And Pepper. Process Until Well Combined. Add The Panko; Pulse 1 To 2 Times Just To Combine. Set Aside.
