Grilled Vegetable Fajitas

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons  lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons  ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons  chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon  salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon  cayenne pepper
  • 1 medium-size  red onion, cut into 1/2-inch-thick rings
  • 1 pound  asparagus spears, trimmed
  • 1 large  green, yellow and red pepper, each cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
  • 1 medium-size  yellow squash, cut diagonally into 1/2-inch-thick slices
  • 1 medium-size  zucchini, cut diagonally into 1/2-inch-thick slices
  • 8 small  (6-inch) 96% fat-free flour tortillas
  • 1 can  (16 ounces) refried beans, heated
  • 1/2 cup  reduced-fat shredded Mexican cheese blend
