  • 1/2 teaspoon  ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon  ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon  salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon  ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup  fresh pineapple cubes
  • 1 medium  red or green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
