  • 1 3- to 3-1/2-pound  fresh beef brisket
  • 2 teaspoons  seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon  paprika
  • 1 teaspoon  chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon  garlic pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon  ground cumin
  • 1 recipe  Spicy Beer Sauce
  • 12   kaiser rolls, split and toasted (optional)
