Ingredients

  • 8 ounces  fresh or frozen pollock fillet, cut about 1 inch thick
  • 1 small  nectarine, cut into 1/2-inch pieces (1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 of a small  cucumber, seeded and cut into 1/2-inch pieces (1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 of a  kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons  thinly sliced green onion
  • 2 tablespoons  orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon  white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon  olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon  freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 cups  torn mixed salad greens
