Ingredients

  • 6 slices  bacon, chopped
  • 1   boneless pork roast (2 pounds), trimmed of fat and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 medium  onion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon  salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon  black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon  Italian seasoning
  • 8 ounces  (1/2 package) reduced-fat kielbasa, cut into coins
  • 3/4 cup  red wine
  • 1 can  (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes with garlic and onions, drained
  • 2 cans  (15 ounces each) butter beans, drained and rinsed
