- 2 teaspoons snipped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon, crushed
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 10 ounces cooked crabmeat, chopped (2 cups) or two 6-1/2-ounce cans crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed
- Braised Black Beans (see recipe below)
- Pineapple Salsa (see recipe below)
- Fresh cilantro sprigs (optional)
