- 4 pounds fresh peaches or three 16-ounce packages frozen unsweetened peach slices, thawed
- 1-1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
- 1 5-1/2 ounce can peach or apricot nectar
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Description
A Good Time To Make This Sweet Sauce Is When Peaches Are In Season, Although Frozen Peaches Work Equally Well. To Use The Sauce, During The Last 5 Minutes Of Grilling Time, Brush It On Grilled Or Roasted Beef, Pork, Or Chicken.
