  • 4 cups  torn fresh spinach or romaine
  • 1/4 cup  sliced green onions
  • 2 cloves  garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons  cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoons  lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon  soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon  honey
  • Dash   ground red pepper
