  • 1   parsnip, diced (1 cup)
  • 1 cup  fresh or frozen sliced okra, optional
  • 1 tablespoon  ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon  paprika
  • 1 tablespoon  dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon  cayenne pepper
