  • 1-1/2 cups  low-sodium tomato juice
  • 1-1/4 cups  water
  • 1 cup  chopped cucumber
  • 1 cup  chopped tomato
  • 1/2 cup  chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup  chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons  white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon  olive oil (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon  fat-free Italian salad dressing
  • 1 tablespoon  lemon or lime juice
  • 1 clove  garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon  black pepper
  • Several dashes  bottled hot-pepper sauce
  • Dash  Worcestershire sauce
  •   Cucumber slices (optional)
  •   Fresh basil sprigs (optional)
