  • 1 clove  garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon  cooking oil
  • 3 medium  carrots, cut into julienne strips (1-1/2 cups)
  • 2 cups  hot cooked rice
  • 2   green onions, thinly bias-sliced (1/4 cup)
