Ancho-marinated Pork And Mango Skewers


  • 1/4 cup  fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons  fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons  canola oil; more for the grill
  • 2 teaspoons  dark brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons  pure ancho chile powder
  • 2 medium  cloves garlic, minced
  •   Pinch crushed red pepper flakes
  •   Kosher salt
  • 1 pound  pork tenderloin, trimmed and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 medium  ripe mangos, peeled, pitted, and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 8   skewers, 10 inches or longer, soaked in water for 30 minutes if wooden
  • 1 tablespoon  chopped fresh cilantro
