  • 1/4 cup  packaged unseasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 large  egg whites, slightly beaten
  • 2 teaspoons  dry Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon  hot-pepper sauce
  • 4   reduced-calorie soft sandwich rolls (80 calories each)
  •   Oven Fries and Tartar Sauce:
  • 1 large  baking potato (about 1/2 pound), unpeeled, scrubbed and cut lengthwise into 16 thin wedges
  • 1/4 teaspoon  onion salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon  paprika
  • 1/4 cup  reduced-fat mayonnaise dressing
  • 2 tablespoons  pickle relish
