  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1-1/2 cups beef broth
  • Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
