  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsulfured molasses
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
