- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream, divided
- 1/4 package Oreos, cut into quarters
- 2 sticks butter, at room temperature
- 3 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar, divided
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons milk or heavy cream
