- 1/2 seedless cucumber, thinly sliced
- 4 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 bunch arugula or watercress, cleaned and chopped
- Crusty bread, cut into slices, for mopping
- 1 garlic clove, cut in 1/2
