  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon seafood seasoning, such as Old Bay brand (a palmful)
  • 3 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 4 tablespoons snipped chives
  • Oyster crackers
  • Hot sauce
