- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- A dash of granulated garlic
- 2-3 dashes of hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
- 2 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 pound Swiss chard or red Swiss chard, stemmed and coarsely chopped
- 2-3 tablespoons cider or wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper
