- 1/4 cup Tamari (eyeball it)
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO)
- 4 tuna steaks (about 8 ounces each)
- 2 teaspoons five-spice powder
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds, toasted
- 1/4 cup chives, thinly sliced
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 4 avocados, sliced lengthwise (slice the avocados right before serving to prevent them from turning brown)
