  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 pound egg tagliatelle or fettuccine
  • 1/4 cup mint, finely chopped, divided
  • 1/4 cup flat leaf parsley (a handful), finely chopped, divided
  • Freshly grated Pecorino cheese
