2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
1 Vegetable bouillon cube or 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
1 teaspoon Dried thyme
2 cups Milk
1/2 cup Shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup Shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
