• 1/3 cup butter, melted
• 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
• 2 1/4 cups whipping cream
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup bourbon or rum
• 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
• 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
• 1/4 cup cold water
• 6 egg yolks, lightly beaten
• 1 tbls. butter
• powdered sugar, nutmeg and whipped cream to garnish
