- 2 cups Pecan shortbread cookie crumbs (I use Pecan Sandies)
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 1/4 cups whipping cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup bourbon or rum
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 6 egg yolks, lightly beaten
- 1 tbls. butter
- powdered sugar, nutmeg and whipped cream to garnish
