Ingredients
- 1 large loaf French bread, unsliced
- 1/2 cup butter
- 10 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 10 ounce package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry *
- 1 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
- 1 6 ounce can ripe olives, coarsely chopped (can use kalamata)
- 2 tablespoons capers, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup grated swiss cheese,
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese,
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- *Note: I have used fresh spinach more than frozen, and just add it as you would the frozen spinach
