Chicken In Pepper Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2-3lbs boneless/skinless chicken(I used thighs), cut into bite sized pieces
  • 2 large onions, chopped/sliced into bite sized pieces
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon or 2 limes
  • 2t fresh ground black pepper
  • Szechuan pepper, to taste*
  • 2T oyster sauce
  • 1T worcestershire sauce(can sub soy sauce)
  • 1/4 cup corn starch
  • olive oil
  • chicken stock, as needed
  • kosher or sea salt*
  • fresh cilantro, optional
  • *I used a great Szechuan infused sea salt blend that I get from thespicelab.com.

Description

Just A Quick, Easy, Spicy, Simple Stir Fry, Here, But Sometimes, There's Nothing More Needed. Serve This With Some Stir Fried Veggies And/or Rice.
