Ingredients
- 2 1/2-3lbs boneless/skinless chicken(I used thighs), cut into bite sized pieces
- 2 large onions, chopped/sliced into bite sized pieces
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon or 2 limes
- 2t fresh ground black pepper
- Szechuan pepper, to taste*
- 2T oyster sauce
- 1T worcestershire sauce(can sub soy sauce)
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- olive oil
- chicken stock, as needed
- kosher or sea salt*
- fresh cilantro, optional
- *I used a great Szechuan infused sea salt blend that I get from thespicelab.com.
