- 1 cup finely chopped radicchio or spinach for milder flavor
- 1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted for 6 mins in 375F oven
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan or feta cheese
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- salt & pepper to taste
