- 11 oz can mandarin oranges drained
- 1 avacado slice length wise
- 1 green apple cut in 1/2" cubes
- 1 banana slice 1/2" thick at angle
- poppy seed
- 1/4 cup raisens
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- Glaze:
- 1/3 cup of honey
- 11/2 tsp poppy seed
- 1 tsp lemon juice(use fresh lemon)
- 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- Lettuce: Boston, butter or even spinache approx 1/2 pound(your choice)
