- 3 cups of diced cooked chicken

- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- 1/8 cup of sherry
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1/3 cups parmesan cheese
