Ingredients
- 16 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
- 1 large shallot or ½ small onion, grated
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups shredded cheese (Velveeta, pepper jack, cheddar, Monterey Jack or any combination)
- 1 can condensed cream of celery or nacho cheese soup
- ¾ soup can of milk
- ½ to ¾ cup taco sauce or salsa
Description
This Is A Variation On My Normal Recipe For Taco Casserole. It Was Requested For Dinner, But I Didn’t Have All Of The Required Ingredients, So I Threw This Together With What I Had On Hand And It Was A Home Run!
