- 2 stalks of celery, chopped (3/4 Cup)
- 1 Cup water
- 1 Cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 2 Tbs. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
