- 8 oz linguine noodles approx.
- 2 tbsp hazelnuts or walnuts
- 1 cup chopped scallions
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil ( I used a lighter tasting one)
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp pasta cooking water (makes the pasta creamy)
- 2 oz grated hard goat cheese or substitute with feta or gouda cheese
