- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cup reserved chicken broth
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
- 3 cups grated, cheddar and montery jack cheese
- 2 cups of diced fresh tomatoes
- 4 cups tortilla chips
- SOUTH WEST seasoning
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1 tablespoon ancho chili powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion salt
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- makes 1/2 cup of seasoning
