  • 1 tbs dry mustard

  • 1 1/4 cups red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp black peppercorns
  • 1 tsp corriander seeds
  • 2 small red onions
  • roasted Tomatoes:
  • 20 ripe tomatoes, stems and cores removed
  • 2 large heads of garlic, divided into unpeeled cloves
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
