- 1 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tbs dry mustard
- 1/2 cup mustard seeds
- pickled Red Onions:
- 1 1/4 cups red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp black peppercorns
- 1 tsp corriander seeds
- 2 small red onions
- roasted Tomatoes:
- 20 ripe tomatoes, stems and cores removed
- 2 large heads of garlic, divided into unpeeled cloves
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
